Hi and welcome to Payanark Muay Thai, Payanark is formally Spotland Bridge Thai Boxing but due to the premises being no longer able to take the club we have now moved to moss mill in Rochdale. Spotland bridge was set up in november 2009 by Paul Webb and relocated at the end off 2010 to Moss Mill. Paul has almost 20 yrs experience training in thai boxing and encourages all members of the community men, women and children to keep fit, compete at top level or teach privately in a one to one so there should be something to suit most people.
